If you cannot attend this event in person, please, join me in Youtube video for Kundalini meditation via my channel “Jana Ziman”, on or anytime after Aug 11, 2022.

You are welcome to join this outdoor circle, where we can gather, empower and support each other, pronounce our voice as women standing for the Earth and all her beings, bring our best intentions, prayers and sparks of healing hearts together in support of all Humanity, and All Our Relations.

We will engage in breath, movement, and meditative rituals, which you may adopt to support your health sustaining life-style  in the following days after. You may consider to bring some offering for Mother Nature in form of something meaningful and nature based (sage, rose or flower petals, tobacco…).

Out in Nature, we can commune with vital primary elements for rejuvenation and nourishment. Still paying our due diligence to preservation of our mutual sustenance of well-being, you are kindly asked to deliver yourself to the beach in healthy state of being,  wear water friendly shoes,  warm loose clothes in case it is windy or rainy, bring a blanket to sit down if conditions permit, a bottle of water to drink, and pack it all in backpack so your hands are free to engage in Breath-walk mudras. I will be there, rain or shine …

DETAILS:

When: Thursday August 11, 2022 for about 2 hours starting after we all gather around 5:30 pm. Please allow for flexible ending times and arrive early, so we can begin all together. I will await you at the beach, rather than up at the road. Should you need to connect with me, please, call 250-716-6753 or text me (I do not get emails to my phone). Thank you.

Where: Lower Lantzville, BC , Public Trail entrance at North Rd. off Lantzville Rd. You need to walk to the ocean-side on your own via a short trail, starting as paved property access road.

Directions:Coming from Nanaimo on Island Hwy., pass Superior Rd. intersection, and turn right after Shell Gas Station to Lantzville Rd. Pass Nanoose Bay’s Snaw-Naw-As Campground, stay on Lantzville Road until you will see North Rd., which is the second road on your left; the rest are private driveways. Do not turn down to North Rd., as it serves as access road for homeowners only, and there is no place to park at its end. Instead, you will see a pull over strip on your right hand side. If that is full, just park somewhere on the side of the road. It should be safe, as it is not very busy road. Photo of the area is below, and you will see my dark blue VW Rabbit, indicating that you are at the right place. Trail to the beach is via paved North Rd. Before you hit the first driveway, you will see the beach access pathway, the first on your left. That will lead over the creek via two bridges and there you will emerge at the ocean side. This little hike may take you no more than 5 minutes. I will wait for you  at the beach on your left side facing Nanoose Bay. If you are late, you will easily see us at your left hand side, somewhere by the water. If you wish to avoid crossing water filled access to the beach site, you may choose a grass trail before you cross the second little bridge.

Registration: jana@modranacocreation.com  It is not necessary should you choose at the last moment. Just show up, providing, that you comply with the Protocol for Kundalini Yoga (no alcohol, substances and full stomach).

Contribution: By donation. Suggested donation of $20 payable by email transfer via jana@modranacocreation.com or cash; receipts provided upon request.

Cancellations: If you register, please, give me early enough text message notice, should anything prevents your participation, so we do not wait for you. With respect to other participants, please, do not come with any symptoms of cold, flu, or cough. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

Instructions: Dress in layers in comfortable loose clothing and water friendly shoes. Dependent on the creek’s water level, you may need to cross a stream of water… and ideally we perform the ritual partially standing in the water, or near water,  and then sitting down, dependent on practices, which I will “download from the Energy Field” before the event.  We are aiming for outdoor experience in any weather condition and it can get windy there. Consider ever changing weather conditions and come prepared. We may sit down for a meditation, or circle sharing, for which outdoor blanket comes handy.  Bring your water bottle with enough water to hydrate. Inform me about any health issues, which ask for moderation of Kundalini practices before. Consider full immersion in the ocean water, for which a swimsuit comes handy. You may come earlier for a swim or swim after as well. It will be full tide up time.

A Protocol for Kundalini Yoga (mainly no alcohol, substances, full stomach, illness) and confidentiality about personal sharing are essential conditions for your participation.

I am looking forward to hold this circle together with you! For more questions, please, do not hesitate to ask.

In gratitude and joy,

Jana Ziman/GBK/Modrana Co-Creation
